In the heart of the Côte des Blancs, between Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, Saint Aubin is a wine producing village in the south of the Côte de Beaune. The land is rich in brown clay, with steeply sloping hills facing the East and South-east. Altitude varies from 300-350 meters.
